Mother Teresa was born on August 26, 1910, in Albania.
When she was very young, praying in the church,
reading and singing in the choir were her favourite
activities. The desire to work for God was lied
in her heart and after she decided to enter a nun
hood, Mother Teresa started her most important journey
to India. While working as one of God's emissaries
in India, Mother Teresa could distinctively witness
the malnutrition and starvation problems in India.
She didn't hesitate to stand up and fight for those
dreadful problems. At that time, only God was her
great refuge for strength and mental support.
One step at a time, Mother Teresa was able to
slowly demand world attention for the food and
malnutrition crisis. She won the Nobel Prize in
1997 and her main goal min life to lessen the
death rate of starved children was accomplished.
